Your first visit begins with a private conversation about your symptoms, medical and menstrual history, and any questions you have. An examination or tests are suggested only when relevant, and the findings and next steps are explained clearly.

Please bring available medical records, previous pregnancy or delivery records, ultrasound and laboratory reports, a list of current medicines and supplements, and the date of your last menstrual period. A written list of questions can also be helpful.

A pregnancy may need closer monitoring because of maternal health conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, multiple pregnancy, age, or a history of previous complications. An individual assessment helps determine the right follow-up plan.
